Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a brief description of what happened. If you attach a screenshot, hide personal records and other private information. Never send your device passcode.
Routines and exercise guides
Choose an exercise or routine from Home. Review the demonstration and instructions before starting. Routine sets default to one minute and can be adjusted in ten-second steps before you begin. Opening the exercise guide during a session pauses the timer.
Recording and editing entries
Open Records and use the record button to add an entry in three steps. You can record multiple entries on the same day. Select a day in the calendar to review or edit its entries.
Deleting data
You can delete individual wellness entries from Records. To remove all app data, use the deletion option in Settings and confirm. Deleted records cannot be restored through PGU. Do not uninstall the App as a troubleshooting step if you want to keep your records.
Access lock
If biometric authentication is unavailable, use the device passcode or PIN option offered by your device. PGU has no account password to reset, and support cannot bypass your device authentication.
Sound and vibration
PGU uses short beeps instead of spoken guidance. You can enable or disable beeps and vibration separately in Settings. Exercise demonstration videos play without audio.
Records and device changes
Your records are stored locally. PGU does not provide account-based sync or cloud recovery, and support cannot retrieve your records from another device.
